Start with surname and date of birth.
If more than one record matches, the system asks for one extra identifier without revealing any personal information publicly.
Security notes
- Use the date picker to reduce formatting errors.
- PIN entry is required after you create one on first login.
- Repeated failures trigger a temporary lockout.
